Zulqarnain Haider demands security amid death threats

DUBAI: The controversial wicket-keeper batsman Zulqarnain Haider has created yet another controversy with claims of fixing in first installment of T10 league in Dubai.

“Fixing offers were hurled at me in Dubai. I request army chief to provide security as fixers are issuing death threats”, asserted Haider.


In his social media message, Haider revealed named of two alleged fixers as Muno and Wazir. The batsman has informed both ICC and PCB about the matter.

Back then in November-2010, Zulqarnain Haider fled to England after mysteriously disappearing hours before the fifth and final one-day international against South Africa in Dubai.
