Shilpa Shetty shares simple fitness tip

Shilpa Shetty is known for being a fitness enthusiast. Her recent Instagram post is also sending a strong message about how one can ensure everyone’s safety by first taking care of themselves. Alongside an image that says “Be gentle with yourself,” she advised people to prioritise their health during these testing times.

“To be able to stay united and help each other, we need to be gentle with ourselves. Prioritise what needs and deserves your attention before everything else (sic),” wrote the 45-year-old star.

Alongside motivating her fans and followers, she also gave a simple health tip, especially for the times when one starts feeling overwhelmed. “Please don’t neglect your health, your food, your sleep, or even your water intake (sic),” she said.

“When you feel everything around you is overwhelming; straighten your back, release your tongue hitting the roof of your mouth, and loosen your shoulders. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. You can ensure everyone around you is okay only when you are okay (sic),” she concluded.
