MUMBAI: Former Sri Lankan off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan feels that Indian off-spinner R. Ashwin doesn’t need anything extra in his armoury to succeed abroad. Ashwin has taken bucketful of wickets during the home season but hasn’t been equally successful during previous overseas tours. “He is bowling well and at the top of his game. He is confident and has the self-belief to do well in overseas tours now. So it is all about how he thinks about it and the kind of wickets he is going to get there,” Murali said. “Not only Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja is also bowling well. India have good spin and fast bowling attack.” Leg-spinners Rashid Khan and Imran Tahir are doing well in this IPL and Murali who is the bowling coach of Sunrisers said he was impressed with Rashid’s variations.
