KARAN

MUMBAI: Indian film director and producer Karan Johar has revealed that he was forced to declare that he will not work with Pakistani talent anymore. Karan said that the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) is behind all this. He has told that he gave the statement on gunpoint and under immense pressure. Karan had earlier released a statement, in which he announced his intention to no longer “engage” with Pakistani “talent”. His film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ was hit by controversy over actor, Fawad Khan essaying a role in it. After the September 18 Uri attack, association of film producers banned Pakistani actors last year until the ties restored to “normalcy.”
