Yasir Shah’s TikTok video goes viral

DUBAI: A TikTok video of Pakistan spinner Yasir Shah lip-syncing to a love song has gone viral on social media.

In the video, the leg-spinner is seen standing next to a woman and lip-syncing to Oh Humsafar.

The song was originally sung by Neha Kakkar and Tony Kakkar and is one of the most-watched Indian songs on YouTube.

Yasir Shah took just five wickets in the recently-concluded five-match ODI series against Australia, which Pakistan lost 5-0.

TikTok is a popular application which allows the users to recreate or mimic scenes, dialogues or songs by casting themselves in it.


Shah was in Dubai for a five-match ODI series against Australia, which Pakistan lost 5-0.
It is noteworthy that Shah was recently awarded Pakistan’s third highest civilian honour, Sitara-e-Imtiaz, for his contributions to cricket, including breaking an 82-year-old record.
