MUMBAI: Indian cricket team’s recent T20 at Ranchi against Australia meant captain Virat Kohli visiting MS Dhoni’s home and catching up with his daughter Ziva – a meeting which the captain described as a ‘blessing’.
Kohli went to Dhoni’s place after India completed yet another comfortable victory over Australia, going 1-0 up in the three-match series with a nine-wicket win in the rain-affected Ranchi game.
Virat Kohli posted a video with Ziva in which the two can be heard talking about dogs and cats, and even imitating the latter. Kohli made a post on his social media account and wrote, “My reunion with Ziva. What a blessing it is to be around pure innocence.”
This is not the first time Kohli has posted a video with MS Dhoni’s daughter as in March 2016, he shared an adorable picture of her using his mobile phone.
Having taken a 1-0 lead, India will aim to seal the affair at Guwahati where the second T20I will be played on October 10. The third and final game of the series will be held in Hyderabad on October 13.
