Royal visit planned for Hull’s culture celebrations

LONDON: The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will visit Hull in February, as part of the city’s 2017 City of Culture celebrations. Clarence house confirmed Charles and Camilla would make the trip to the city on February the 8th and tour the newly renovated Ferens Art Gallery, Holy Trinity Church, the Deep and The Royal Shakespeare Company outreach programme at the Goodwin Development Trust.

We are delighted to welcome Their Royal Highnesses to the city at the start of our year as UK City of Culture and it is great to see that some of the most important local projects in Hull will be recognised during the visit.
